Contact Lenses

hate-eye-glassesYour satisfaction with contact lenses is critical to us at Madison Eyes. Your ability to comfortably wear contacts with excellent vision, safely and conveniently, is something that we continue strive for. We’ve seen nearly every type of contact lens issue and have learned what works. We make it easy for you.

We have lots of experience (see below). You will be able to try out contacts without any obligation to buy them, but when you are ready we offer competitive pricing and make it exceptionally easy to actually get your lenses.

We keep multiple thousands of contacts in our extensive inventory covering all major brands. We usually will have free samples of your exact contacts and very often will have boxes of your contacts in our office available for sale. In most cases we will mail lenses to you at no additional charge. We handle virtually all brands, types, and materials. You’ll be able to take advantage of our large presence in the field that gets us the latest technology and at low prices for you.

Dr. Naftali finished his residency training, which included specialty contact lens fittings in 1990. Early in his career he practiced at two nationally known practices primarily devoted to contact lenses. There he fit specialty lenses under the guidance of experts in the field. Dr. Lacotte, while a more recent graduate, has been in eye care for 9 years. He has a special interest in the fitting of bifocal/multifocal contacts and CRT lenses to correct myopia and astigmatism.

We fit new potential wearers, refit dissatisfied wearers, and renew prescriptions for successful contact wearers of all types. We stock many thousands of lenses in a wide array of prescriptions. You will likely be able to leave with well-fitting contacts on your first visit. Whether or not you’ve been told that you are an ideal candidate (or perhaps even if you’ve been told that you are not a candidate), we will give you the thorough evaluation you may not have previously received. This has allowed us to successfully fit many patients who have not been successful with contacts or were uncertain about trying them in the past. Some of the types of contact lenses that we offer include:

  • Soft and rigid gas permeable
  • Daily wear and extended wear
  • Astigmatic, bifocal, and multifocal
  • 1-day daily disposable, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and traditional replacement
  • Eye color changing, visibility tinted, and custom shaped or powered contacts
  • Synergeyes hybrid and CRT corrective lenses

We don’t fit everyone into the same type of lens, rather we listen to your wants and needs and take into account your prescription and ocular characteristics that lead us to recommend what will be best for you.

You’ll feel safe and treated fairly as our policies are very customer friendly:

  • We encourage you to try the actual lenses you need before you buy
  • We only use name brands; we don’t trick you with “house brands” that are not elsewhere available
  • We do this with prices similar to or often even lower than over the internet
  • If you ever run out we will nearly always be immediately able to tide you over
  • Free exchanges made for your purchased contacts if your prescription changes*
  • “Let your fingers do the walking,” you can order by phone and we will generally mail your lenses to you for no additional charge
